LAYOUT TEAM COORDINATOR

Ellen Ryoo

Hey Hawks! My name is Ellen Ryoo and I'm the Hawk Editorial's Layout Team Coordinator. The Hawk Editorial's Layout Team lays out every single article from our staff writers. They have to make sure that the Editorial doesn't turn out like a big block of text. As the Layout Team Coordinator, my job is to help the Layout Team make the best looking issues of the Editorial we can. The 2025-26 school year is my second year on the Editorial Team, but my first year as part of the Core Team. I am so excited to help contribute more to the Hawk Editorial.

Hi! I'm Reeti, and I'm the Hawk Editorial Writing Team Coordinator. I help all the writers create what the Editorial's purpose is: articles! When I'm not writing, you can find me reading loads of books, playing basketball, or yelling at a TV screen while a Valkyries game is on. Now stop reading my bio and go enjoy some articles!

Chahat Sabharwal

Hello! My name is Chahat and I'm the Hawk Editorial Editing Team Coordinator. Our editing team goes through the articles and provides feedback to ensure the articles are clear and engaging. We help fix any errors that the author(s) may have missed before the article gets passed to the Layout Team. I'm passionate about writing and also enjoy reading, painting, and playing badminton. Hey Hawks! I am your Editorial's Graphic Design and Website Coordinator. I make sure that our website is modern, up-to-date, and a reliable source of information for those without a physical copy of our editions! For the past couple years, this website has been untouched and clunky with old, dusty articles. I wanted to make that different, so I'm working to make this website as fresh as I can. I hope you like this redesign!

Mr. Parekh

Mr. Parekh is a 7th grade English teacher, as well as the Film Production elective teacher. He is the Hawk Editorial's faculty advisor since 2017. Mr. Parekh believes in proofreading, and the power of reading challenging texts to improve your writing.
